31 day minimum Due to the city ordinance I can not rent on a short term basis only 31 day minimum. Please contact the city of Weston to request the need for more place like mine to rent on short term/weekend getaways! When you enter the cottage, you will enter a large living space with two couches, a T.V., eating area and a kitchenette. Included kitchen items are: microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, sink and plenty of plates, etc. The bathroom is located downstairs off the great room. The bedroom which includes one king bed and one queen, is upstairs. There is also a table a chairs as well as another T.V.(smart T.V.) in the bedroom. Parking is right beside the cottage. I live on the property so I am available for any questions or help you need. If you would like privacy, you have it. If you would like me to recommend places to visit, I would be happy to do so.
