Beautiful professionally decorated home. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer. 3 large screen televisions with Dish service. Home is a quiet wooded setting overlooking the 8th tee box of golf course. Baths and kitchen feature granite and large showers. The Village has 9 golf courses and many lakes to enjoy. There is a professionally created putting green in back yard. Maximum guests is 6. In garage is basketball goal, ping pong and more to enjoy. The space Single family home. Guest access Guests have use of entire home. Other things to note Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a professionally created putting green in back yard, the garage has basketball hoop, pong pong table, darts, pickle ball, and corn hole game. The outside fireplace is not usable. It is about 14 miles into Hot Springs so we advise guests to stop in Hot Springs to buy groceries before arriving for their stay. Please note that we have a three (3) night minimum stay.
