Description
Just a 5-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station and the tram, 10 minutes from Piazza Duomo. In a historic building next to the famous Villa Corsini, a house originally inhabited by a Florentine painter who made it her work in the middle of the last century, painting some of its elements. Restored in 2021 with love and respect for its history. The space You will have at your disposal: - an open space with a 160x200 double bed, - a breakfast corner with a sink, a kettle and a small refrigerator, - a dining table, - a private bathroom with a shower, - a built-in closet and a coat rack. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor of a historic building without an elevator with only one flight of stairs to climb. Arrival by public transport: The apartment is in a strategic position, very close to Santa Maria Novella station and the tramway (Porta al Prato - Leopolda or Santa Maria Novella stop). Tramway line 2 and the shuttle bus connect the airport to Santa Maria Novella station. Arrival by car: There are several paid parking lots in the surrounding area, along the streets or underground (Stazione and Porta al Prato parking lots) but we recommend leaving the vehicle outside the center and arriving by public transportation. The Villa Costanza interchange parking lot, with direct exit from the A1 motorway, is served by Tramway line 1, which you can take and then get off at the Porta al Prato stop. Other things to note Please note that the apartment has a central position just a few minutes away from the central train station, which means that during some hours of the day it may be a bit noisy, especially on weekends.
