Private room in a beautiful single family home in picturesque Foster City. Centrally located in the Peninsula - Close to SFO airport, Visa, IBM, Gilead, Facebook, Oracle, and all the Bay area companies. Close to San Francisco and several tourist spots, including Half Moon Bay. Foster City is famous for it’s beautiful lagoons and is a very safe pace to live in. The house is located in a very quiet lane. Ample street parking in front of the house. Guest access Guest will have a private room and a shared bathroom (shared with just one person), can use kitchen for light cooking, making tea, coffee, microwave food, etc. You will have a shelf in the fridge that you can use to store food. Guests are welcome to use our washing machine and dryer for a fee of $5. Can use the dinning table and back yard. During your stay You will have your privacy. This is our home so we will be using the common areas of the house. If you need any help, we will be available to provide help anytime during your stay. Other things to note My room mate has a dog, who is very sweet tempered.
