Guest suite in Sedona

GREAT BARGAIN for a private and very comfortable suite with a backyard oasis and private parking. Close to many of the famous trails like Devil's Bridge and just off of 89A where there are lots of restaurants and shopping. Or don't feel like getting out, then enjoy the wonderful backyard oasis with hanging egg chairs, hammock, fire pit, and lots more. Peaceful neighborhood too. There is plenty to enjoy at The Sedona Suite, your home away from home. PETS WELCOME! The space The bright and cheerful living room has a sofa, large smart TV and a desk for your office needs. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, stove top, large toaster oven (no full size oven), Kuerig coffee maker and even includes a washer/dryer. Fully stocked with everything you need for cooking, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The full size bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo with lots of cabinet space. The large comfortable bedroom has a top of the line memory foam bed, cozy linens and plenty of pillows, TV and a very large closet that is also great for storage use. Large backyard oasis to enjoy with swinging egg chairs, hammock, fire pit and more. Guest access Private entrance. No entrance from the main house to The Suite so plenty of privacy. Lower level entrance, no stairs, with your own parking space in the driveway that is just outside your door. Guests have access to the whole backyard which is an oasis. Other things to note The Sedona Suite is located in a neighborhood with lots of trees and friendly neighbors. The backyard is a beautiful oasis that includes a hammock, fire pit area with plenty of seating and loungers, turf grass perfect for yoga, egg chairs in the gazebo perfect for reading a book and a rocking bench. I do have other Airbnbs on property, but they are positioned on the property that you may not ever see another guest unless in the common areas of the backyard. No pets are allowed on the couch or the bedroom comforter. There are extra sheets in the closet that may be used to cover these items to avoid this. If there is excessive pet hair found on either of these, an extra clean fee of $35 might be charged. There are security cameras that cover the outside front yard, backyard and upstairs outside deck.
