Our fourth Air BnB property, Shady Rest #4, is located in a small, quiet, residential town home complex, minutes from historic downtown and only about 3 miles from Parris Island MCRD. It is approx. 1200 sq. feet of comfortable living space, with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a roomy living space with a sleeper sofa. We are experienced Air BnB hosts who have reached Superhost status due to our attention to every detail to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. The space Shady Rest #4 is our 4th property. We have comfortable queen sized beds in the two upstairs bedrooms, each of which have their own bathroom attached. The bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, a hair dryer, and plenty of fluffy towels. Also upstairs is a washer and dryer (detergent and bleach provided) should you need to do laundry. Downstairs you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances, a coffee pot, microwave, toaster, blender, and waffle iron. We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, artificial sweetener, and even to go cups if you're on the run in the morning. You'll also find muffins and croissants for your breakfast if you so desire. In the dining/living area is a large table that can seat six and a bar with two stools. The living area has a comfortable sleeper sofa equipped with a new memory foam mattress, cozy chairs for lounging, a desk area in case you have work to do, and a smart tv (sorry, no cable) and internet for your enjoyment. In the outdoor space, you'll find a peaceful and private patio area with a grill for your use. Our place is only minutes from beautiful, historic downtown Beaufort in one direction and only minutes from Parris Island Marine Corps Recruit Depot in the other - centrally located and convenient for both. The beach (Hunting Island State Park) is only about 10 miles away and we have a beach pass for your use which will save you $8 admission per person. The Spanish Moss bike and walking trail is only a few blocks away and we have three bikes at our primary residence nearby that you are welcome to use. If you need groceries, there are grocery stores less than five miles away in either direction. There is also a Dollar General store just around the corner should you need any incidentals.
