To reach the property, please note that you will need to drive up a hill on a private, tire path concreted road to enjoy a perfect sea view. Also, about 50 steps downhill to access our private white beach. Parking is available next to the house. However, during the rainy season or if you are hesitant to drive up your car, we recommend parking downhill for a small fee to ensure your vehicle’s safety. The private right of way -tire path to the house is currently under curing period for 30 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding, improvements are still underway. THINGS TO BRING: Food and drinks – Please purchase your groceries, condiments, and foods before arrival, as the nearest market is a bit off the grid. Towels – Four towels are provided for free. Additional towels are available for ₱50 each. Toiletries – We provide toilet tissue. Please bring your own soap shampoo and conditioner. Drinking water – Available from the caretaker for ₱50 per container. Charcoal – If you plan to use the grill, charcoal is available for ₱30 per pack. Other things to note ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT DETAILS: Private right of way next to Baybay Norte Elementary School (rough road). Approximately 40 steps downhill to access the private white sand beach. Not recommended for senior citizens unless they are physically fit to walk up and down the hill. Ideal for small groups of friends, families, or couples. Children must be supervised at all times.
