House with soul, garden and lovely views

A distinctive generation home where the largest part is rented to people who want to experience the Helgeland coast. The views from the house are fantastic and the place is a good starting point for, among other things, bike and mountain tours, or lazy days in the garden. Tjøtta is a cozy village to vacation in. The space Tjøtta is a built with many hiking possibilities, summer and winter. It is about 200 meters to Joker, our convenience store. It is about the same distance to the ferry dock. Here are many different hiking opportunities; along feather stones, and above meadow and fields. It is about 1 km to the gap in the woods, which is freely disposed by anyone who wants it. Guest access This is a generational residence where one part is in daily use. There is a private entrance to the largest apartment, which contains 4 bedrooms, bathroom w/shower, living room and kitchen. The laundry room is in the basement (own entrance) The garden is about 1.9 acres, and the whole garden is available for the guests. There is also an outhouse that can be used as a garden lounge, perhaps most relevant when it rains...
