The AJAX: Sleeps 4

The home is located in a convenient and quiet Lynnwood residential neighborhood. Alderwood mall, coffee shops, restaurants, markets, downtown Lynnwood, public transportation, I-5 and I-405 are just minutes away. Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett are about 15 miles away. Great for a family, a couple, solo adventurers, or business travelers. The space The guest suite has two bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, and laundry room. It is in a building with multiple guest suites. This home will comfortably house 4 people. Each bedrooms have a queen bed. The common area has a futon, a 50 inches smart TV, and a wood burner fireplace. Plates, bowls, forks, spoons, cups, knifes, kitchen towels etc. are provided. The Laundry room has a stack washer and dryer. Shampoo and clean bath towels are provided. The place has a large, grassy front-yard. Guest access The entire place is for guests. You will have full and private access to the entire place through the key-less entry door. You also have additional access to the front-yard. The front-door key code will be provided when you get here. The parking spots are on the property and in the South side of the building. Other things to note You will have complete privacy. However, if you need anything, I can be reached via phone. Please leave a voicemail, text or an email if I am unavailable. I get back fairly quickly to my quests.
