Welcome to my families heart. This house may be old but it is filled with so much love its truly the heart of our family. For many generations we have gathered here. Lovely 3 bedroom house with large property on quiet road. Dining room, kitchen, living room, laundry room. Small sitting room off the master bedroom . There are puzzles and some games for children. Please feel free to use what you want. Close to shopping, beach, casino, ferry, LIRR, LIE, sunrise and The Hamptons. The space House is quiet and very cozy. Its bigger then it looks. There is a fee for over 4 guests due to water and usage. Please be aware of that. Guest access Outdoor patio with table and chairs. Or sit under the grapevines for a relaxing break. Other things to note Guest must be 25 years of age or older to book. NO DRUGS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE HOUSE. NO MEANS NO. DONT THINK YOU ARE GOING TO OPEN ALL THE WINDOWS AND AIR IT OUT. NO JOKE. I WILL REPORT YOU. This house has been in my family for generations. Please respect it as your own. The steps going to bedrooms upstairs are steep and might be hard to come down. Please use extra caution with everyone. Do not let children play on steps or go up and down unattended. The outside property is yours to use but again please be cautious. Like any yard it has its dips in the grounds that might be uneven. Also, the concrete in places may also be uneven. Explore at your own risk. There are basketballs for net behind garage, football, bubbles, Baci ball etc. Use what you would like. There are also chairs, umbrellas and coolers for the beach. Please read all check in instructions on how to leave house when checking out. Please make sure all AC units upstairs are off when leaving for the day or checking out. Lock all windows and doors up leaving also. Lights must be off as well as fans.
