La Romantica Bed and Breakfast

Located in the center of Carcaixent, between the sea and the mountains, we welcome you to our Casa Rural Compartida, a stately home with its typical patio. We live on site and know the area well, we will be happy to tell you about local tourist sites. The space Your room, La Romantica, is on the second floor on the courtyard side. Recently refurbished, it has a double bed (150/190) and all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible (Wi-Fi, TV, Fan...). During your stay, enjoy our small living room to relax, and in the summer, come and relax in the shade of our beautiful lemon tree, in the patio. We offer a homemade breakfast served on the ground floor from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Pets (dog, cat) are allowed but should not be left alone in the room without their owner. They must accompany you. Guest access You can park your vehicle in the train station parking lot located within a 5-minute walk of the house. During your stay We have chosen to host guests in our home to share friendly moments while remaining mindful of their privacy Other things to note To ensure the well-being of our guests, we have just equipped our rooms with air conditioning. This air conditioning is used in an environmentally friendly manner. Indeed, we want to minimize our carbon footprint and contribute to the preservation of our planet. Air conditioning should only be on when guests are present, to avoid wasting unnecessary energy. Please set the temperatures to a comfortable level and take into account the outside temperature to avoid too much variance. We encourage our visitors to participate in our efforts by adopting environmentally friendly behaviors during their stay, such as keeping windows and doors closed when the air conditioning is running. This is to ensure a stable temperature inside. We want to offer everyone a pleasant stay while preserving our beautiful planet. Our house is also newly equipped with solar panels that offer a clean energy solution, protect the environment and are economical.
