The full kitchen with upscale appliances invites you to cook in or entertain with ease. Both bedrooms are fitted with plush pillow-top mattresses, soft cotton sheets, and extra quilts for crisp autumn nights. A second unit occupies the downstairs level and has its own separate entrance. The interior stairwell door between units remains locked unless both units are booked — only the owner has that access. Please be mindful of noise out of respect for neighbours and the downstairs guest. Other things to note The home is located in West Sedona near our 4 grocery stores, movie theatre(s) and restaurants. There is a second unit downstairs with a private entrance. Not suited for children under 12. If you are wishing to bring children under 12, they are not allowed in the back bedrooms (because of the unit downstairs) and they must sleep on the pullout couch in the living room. $50 for each additional pet upon approval. 2 dogs max.
