A FULLY EQUIPPED HOUSE : This 3 floors house is fully equipped to make you feel like home it includes ◎ Free High-Speed Wifi. ◎2 bedrooms with a very comfortable double bed in which one. ◎A cosy living room with a TV (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime... available) ◎An open Kitchen very practical with all the utensil necessary to cook at home (Micro-wave with oven option, hot plates etc..) If you would like to cook, please use the IH Kitchen. ◎2 toilets available on two different floors (1st and 2nd). ◎A Bathroom with an automatic bath which you can operate from the kitchen so you don't have to go downstair. Hair-dryer, towels, toothbrush... everything is provide so nothing to worry about. ◎A laundry room and utility room with washing machine, dryer to clean and dispose all your belonging. ◎A small Balcony on the top of the house. ◎ For children all the necessary materials can be provide to you, if you need it please let me know in advance ◎Concerning pets a bed can be provide but also sleeping with the owner is possible, If one day you need to leave your pet at the house and have peace of mind an excellent Pet-Sitter is available in case. A WELL SITUATED HOUSE : The place is deserved in a very quiet and peaceful place. There is almost no car passing and the neighbours are very kind and nice, so you cannot be disturb in your sleep during the night. In the area you can find all the shops you need for you daily routine in less than 5min by feet, also very near (3mins by feet) to the famous and entertaining district of the Sangenjaya city called "Triangle zone".Here you can find all the typical and local japanese place such as Bars, Izakayas, traditional restaurants but also Karaoke. You really enjoy the Tokyo's nightlife in this area! Very pleasant Coffee-Shops are located in the area too to share a drink or work. The train station Sangenjaya is extremely close to the house only 300m and with only 2 stations the train can bring you to Shibuya, and others famous place in Tokyo. It's also possible to rent a bike near the station for a cheap price (about 200 yen per days) to ride to Yoyogi park, Harajuku, or Imperial Palace.
