Cozy villa in the middle of Småland with 12 beds

You’ll have access to three bedrooms, a private living room, a playroom with a ball pit, and your own bathroom. Since we also live in the villa, we’re always available for questions – otherwise, you’ll enjoy complete peace and privacy. There’s also a large, well-equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area, which is shared but used at different times. Non-smokers only. Pets are strictly not allowed. The spacious bathroom was renovated in 2024. The space We probably won’t win a design award with our house, but every room has been furnished with great care and love. Having raised six children ourselves, we especially welcome families with kids of all ages and have equipped the rooms accordingly. For the little ones, we’ve created a dedicated playroom with a ball pit and plenty of space to play. Of course, our cozy house is also perfect for retirees who want to enjoy the beautiful nature of Sweden. Our guest room in the basement (approx. 25 m²) was beautifully paneled with wood on three walls and the ceiling in 2025. It has its own private entrance leading directly outside. Since the playroom and the newly renovated bathroom (2024) are also located in the basement, this area feels like a separate living unit. The guest room with the red children’s fire truck bed will be updated in spring 2026 with a lovely new double bed and an additional bed above it. So the current photo is not accurate. The guest living room on the ground floor has Swedish TV and a selection of brochures about the local area. You’ll receive your own keys for the house and bedrooms, so you can come and go as you please. We only rent to non-smokers. Pets are strictly not allowed. Guest access Since the house is located in a quiet residential area, there is very little traffic. During your stay, you’re welcome to park for free on our private property. Two parking spaces are available. If you’re arriving with multiple cars, additional parking is possible directly in front of the house on the street. Other things to note My husband and I live in a private area of the house during your stay. Only the kitchen, hallway, terrace, and garden are shared with you. Since we know how important a relaxing holiday is, we naturally respect your privacy and use the shared spaces only when you're not around — but we're always available if you have any questions.
