The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. Please respect the neighborhood as it is sensitive to noise and partying. Guest access You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. PS: Note: there is an interior lift in the building, which to our knowledge works well. There is a second external lift for disabled people for the few steps down into the courtyard. Other things to note - The property is on the second floor, and it has an ELEVATOR - No parties or events PLEASE, Neighbors are very sensitive to noise - Smoking is not allowed - Pets are not allowed. - The dishwasher in the property is out of service. - Please note that the air conditioning units in the bedrooms are for display purposes only and are not functional. However, we do provide portable fans for your use. - The air conditioning should not be used as the noise creates a nuisance for neighbors. - As with many historic Parisian buildings, occasional odors from the bathroom pipes may occur.
