You are in walking distance to the beach, parks, railway station, and also, to the high street with a good choice of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. And the beautiful De La Warr Pavilion. Other things to note Please note there is no smoking allowed in the property. As this is a first floor flat, stairs are needed for access and may not suit some people with mobility issues.
