Located in front of the departmental road "D6015" next to the Belbeuf nautical club near ROUEN (10 minutes by car) in an idyllic setting. View of the garden and the Seine in a green and quiet environment. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, especially from studio 1&2. Parking is free in a small public parking lot a few meters from the residence or on the sidewalk. The garden is private, go left about 400 m to reach the Seine or take a short walk around the nautical club. The space Studio 2 is about 25 m2, has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, rotating heat oven/microwave, induction, hood, fridge, kettle as well as dishes and kitchen utensils. Everything you need to cook good little dishes. The living room has a dining area and a living room with a sofa that can be converted into a bed. This space is equipped with a 107 cm TV. Master bed is 140 cm. There is also a storage cabinet and ironing board and iron Shower room with sink, walk-in shower, hairdryer is at your disposal. Other things to note - The accommodation is not intended for parties or noisy gatherings. - Quiet hours from 11pm to 6am. - This accommodation is non-smoking. - We apply a penalty for smoking in the studio or if additional cleaning is required. - Studio 1 & 2 on the first floor and 3 & 4 on the second floor
