The space Located in a modern building, its architectural design ensures the entry of lots of natural light. If you need to work or study a few days here, it's the ideal place. In addition, you can go out whenever you like to get some air on the balcony which overlooks a traditional Barranquino park. For your rest, the night is quite quiet in this area, our beds are comfortable and are accompanied by a good set of bedding to give you the night's rest you need after a hectic day of work or sightseeing. You will be a 5-minute walk from Metro Supermarkets (one of the largest chains nationwide) where you will also find ATMs. Likewise, you are a 3-minute walk from the San Martín de Porres Market, a traditional Lima neighborhood market where you can find, among other things, juices, fruits and vegetables at a good price. The famous Malecón de Barranco is a 10-minute walk away, in case you're an athlete and want to go out for a little exercise, or just walk and admire the magical sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. If the heat warrants it, you can go down a few more minutes and you will find a beach where you can swim in the sea or surf. It will also take you 10 minutes on foot from the apartment to get to Plaza de Barranco, the heart of this bohemian neighborhood, to walk quietly through its charming streets, enter its delicious restaurants or have a drink in its classic bars where prestigious intellectuals and Peruvian artists have passed. Finally, if you are in Lima for tourism, you will be less than 20-25 minutes on foot (on a nice walk) from Larcomar in the famous district of Miraflores and 5 minutes from the Balta del Metropolitano Station, so that in a 15-minute trip, you will find yourself in the Historic Center of Lima. If you're on business, the location is perfect as you can take a taxi to the San Isidro Financial Center in just 15 - 20 minutes.
