The space The property has 450m² of area with 90m² of built area. The place is ideal for those who want to put their feet on the ground, hear the birds sing and let the children and pets run free. You can sleep in one (1) AIR-CONDITIONED bedroom with one (1) double bed. In the living room, we have one (1) sofa bed with two single D33 mattresses. Thus, the mattresses can be taken to the air-conditioned room, where up to four (4) guests can sleep. The second bedroom is an air-conditioned suite with a queen-size bed accessed via the balcony. Bed and bath linens are available for all guests. The house has a fully equipped KITCHEN with full service, one (1) bathroom and a spacious balcony. The 5-meter SWIMMING POOL has a charming totem-style waterfall, a wooden deck with a generous 4-meter diameter umbrella. For BARBECUE lovers, we have a ceramic brick barbecue and all the utensils. The hammock area and a fully grassed GARDEN complete the outdoor area. The house was completely renovated for the purpose of hosting.
