Seashore Retreat - Jurien Bay

Jurien Bay is a sleepy coastal town know for its playful sea lions, turquoise beaches & excellent fishing. It's the sort of place you go to chill out, take beach walks and ride along an evolving cycle trail - however, it's not short of adrenaline-inducing experiences either with its famous skydiving over the bay. The space Seashore Retreat is situated in the prestigious Seagate Marina estate & sleeps up to 14 guests at capacity. Its been designed as a shared family/friends experience. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY CAN ACCOMMODATE A MAXIMUM OF UP TO 10 ADULTS PLUS CHILDREN. There are five bedrooms in total, three queen bedrooms and two bunk rooms sleeping four each. One of the queen rooms is right at the entry of the house and has it’s own ensuite attached, to cater for those who struggle with stairs, disabilities or maybe just want a little nook away from the other sleeping spaces. The master bedroom upstairs has its own ensuite also, with the remaining guest and bunk rooms sharing a third bathroom equipped with a freestanding bath. There are four toilets in the house in total. Bedroom Configuration Bedroom 1- Queen Bed (downstairs) Bedroom 2- Queen Bed Bedroom 3- 2 single bunk beds Bedroom 4- 2 single bunk beds Bedroom 5- Queen Bed Just a stone’s throw from the beach and marina, you can hear the waves crashing from your bedroom window. The master bedroom has beautiful ocean views and there is a theatre/rumpus room to keep the kids occupied. Fully air-conditioned and temperature controlled, a massive laundry and very on trend styling are just a few more added features to the home. With double bifold doors, the living area is spacious with a raked ceiling and designer kitchen which is well kitted out. The built in barbecue in the alfresco area is under the main roof structure allowing for many seperate areas to gather. After you've been for a swim in the stunning turquoise waters there is an outside hot/cold shower to wash the salt and sand off. There is a hose attached to the front of the house for hosing down a boat if necessary. We ask you to please NOT scale/clean any fish anywhere on the property, the beach and marina has facilities to cater for this.
