Attic apartment 20 minutes by car from Potsdam and Berlin and 30 minutes by train from BER. Here is a 1.80 m double bed* projector with pre-installed app for NETFLIX, Disney + and Amazon Prime login, toys, supermarket with bakery and butcher, beverage market* swimming lakes & hiking The space Lovingly converted attic apartment 20 minutes by car from Potsdam and Berlin and 30 minutes by train from BER. The center of the apartment is a spacious, fully equipped designer kitchen. The bathroom with Agape Vieques bathtub and matching sink invite you to relax and linger. A staircase leads to “heaven” - the bedroom with a 2.70 m bed - all in white. Here nothing should distract you and you can simply switch off and relax. Since the stairs to the sleeping area (for optical reasons) have no railing, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable for very small children or people with disabilities. In addition, our “Studio Nuthetal” has its own gym, which invites you to work out or can also be used as a second sleeping area. A 1.80 m wide bed forms the sleeping area. We deliberately avoided a TV. How often does this device distract us from other things? Here you can read a book in peace, have good conversations, exercise, play games or just look into the clouds…. But if you feel like watching TV series or movies, that's no problem. We have a projector with Apple TV Box ready for this. NETFLIX, Disney+ and Amazon Prime are pre-installed and you can quickly log in with your account access. For your kids you will find toys and art supplies, as well as board games in the apartment. The whole house consists of 4 floors. The top two floors are the described accommodation in the attic, i.e. our Studio Nuthetal. The lower two floors are used professionally during the week as a photo studio. This usually happens between 8 am and 6 pm. Since products are mostly photographed here, you won't notice anything. Since tomatoes don't talk so much ;-) But we might run into each other in the stairwell. The apartment was not planned for rent during the renovation. That is why no extra door is installed for locking the guest apartment. But you can be 100% sure that no one will come upstairs or go into the apartment, even if you are not there! Saarmund is well accessible by public transportation. In the village, there is a supermarket with its own bakery and the AGRO Saarmund butcher as well as a beverage market. In the immediate vicinity you will find lakes for swimming. You can go hiking and enjoy the wonderful nature right outside the front door.
