Easy drive to Santa Clara, Cupertino, etc. The space Enter the property through a walkway gate with keypad. Pass the side of the house and access the guest apartment through its own entry and interior stairway. Walk down the stairs to: living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and own laundry facilities. To the side of the kitchen is an adjustable height desk for working from home. The apartment offers ample natural light during the day by virtue of the window light wells in the kitchen and living room, and the unit is quiet and private. If phone reception is limited, please connect to our wifi. The unit is also equipped with a land-line phone for use in an emergency. Guest access The guest apartment has its own entry and is complete with a washer/dryer. In addition to the guest apartment, the property also sometimes hosts the main house, as well as a detached cottage at the back of the property. The garden with seasonal fruit trees and the koi fish fountain is for shared enjoyment. Other things to note No smoking of any kind, no parties, and shoes off inside the house, please. PARKING Please let us know if you will have a vehicle during your stay. Parking options: 1. Free public street parking 1-2 blocks away. 2. Free unassigned parking on our street - requires a permit. One permit available per unit. This is free, but requires us to register your vehicle with the city. 3. There may be one semi-covered parking spot available in the gated driveway, available on a first-come first-served basis. Driveway parking is $80/month and requires a $100 deposit for the gate remote.
