Office with very comfortable sofa bed and TV. Two Bathrooms with tubs and showers. Cozy living room with TV. Well equipped kitchen and separate dining room. Laundry Room. Garage. Patio. Near to shopping, restaurants and the Sierra Nevada Brewery is about a mile away. Close to sushi also. The space The home is clean, well equipped and situated in a quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep the noise level reasonable. Quiet after 10:00 pm please. I might consider a dog or two if pet rules are communicated in advance. Guest access The entire home is available except for one owner closet that is kept locked. Cars can be parked in the garage but please keep garage doors closed and locked after parking.
