Aguila House in Jujols

Very nice stone house, offering absolute calm and a panoramic view of the Canigou, with all the comforts to spend a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Located in the village of Jujols (66), it has many openings to enjoy the interior while admiring the panorama at different times of the day. Lovers of nature, authenticity and tranquility will be delighted. The space The interior of the house is built around 4 half-levels and extends over 95 m2: A kitchen integrating the dining area at the main entrance. A living room overlooking the Canigou with a pellet stove for winter evenings. A bag of pellets is provided on arrival and you can then stock up in Prades (Super U, Weldom, Intermarche). The house can only be heated with radiant heaters. A relaxation/reading area; a bathroom with corner bathtub + toilet; a bedroom with a 160*200 double bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet; a bedroom/mountain corner with 90*200 cm bunk beds and a wardrobe. Bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a 180*200 bed. You can also enjoy different outdoor spaces to relax in peace. - At the kitchen level: a large terrace and garden with barbecue and 2 sun loungers. The use of the barbecue may be conditioned by the risk of fire linked to drought or wind. - The 3 bedrooms each have a French window allowing direct access to the outside: terrace or small garden. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. Guest access No parking on site - Communal parking 100 m away and possibility to park 50 m from the house while unloading/loading. The house is within walking distance of a mountain village alley (see pictures). Not having car access at the foot of the house allows for total disconnection and guarantees absolute calm.” Other things to note Possibility of remote working with office facing the Canigou and Wi-Fi access Bed linen and bathroom linen (sheets, towels) are not included.
