If you have a pet there is a dog groomers across the street called Pet Pavilion and a vet ( Keyence Vets) . NOTE: i have allowed guests with dogs in the flat. They have promised me their pets were house trained and ended up they were NOT. This is crucial that your pet is or i will charge you the full 500 deposit. My designer rug already has stains on it that no amount of carpet cleaning has been able to remove the discolouration. so please boo carefully with your pet •A single campers bed can be provided under special circumstances. No couch surfers Babies and children welcome There is a cot on premise as this property is our pied de terre . I prefer 2 people max ( excluding children which are welcome with parents ) House rules: Non smoking Max 2 people unless agreed with me prior No additional guests, visitors or parties Entire home is your to use as your own - if I can get extra for you to make it more so than let me know EASY and SIMPLE to get around: Barclays Bike hire on door step. Please do not expect an empty flat or request to move furniture, my personal items or empty personal drawers. There is a large double wardrobe for your use , 3 shelves in the fridge are empty, and generally a decluttered but lived in living space. If you think that this is not enough space please do not book and review pictures to make sure you would like to rent. Guest access The entire flat is yours to use ( although this is my home and I expect you to treat it as your own ) Other things to note I prefer to rent to guests who have prior experience/review on air bnb and understand what air bnb is. This is my home and not a hotel. Please do NOT make a reservation without talking to me first. This is why I do not have instant book. The location is amazing and sunlight from big windows my favourite aspect. My aim is guests are happy so Please please review all pictures ( done by me honestly and not professionally) .
