The best thing about this villa is the majestic river flowing just outside the property. This spot serves as a perfect place to unwind with your loved ones. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery for around 30 people. FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. - The neighborhood also has some local restaurants and cafes about 8-10 km. away from the property. Some of them are famous for their lip-smacking Maharashtrian cuisine. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa. From the living room to the outdoor lawn, guests can feel at home here. This villa offers a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. Private rooms with premium amenities and privacy are guaranteed. In case of special requests, you can inform us a day prior to your stay at the villa. Guests also have access to the river but we advise strong caution. The guest can enjoy the scenic view of the river flowing by the villa with friends and family. You can also access the kitchen and whip up some delicious meals. There is a farm right next to the villa where the guest can have a unique experience of organic farming of various fruits and vegetables. We can organize an organic farming tour at an added cost. Other things to note - A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. If you stay more than 2 nights, the fee remains Rs.1,000. This fee is non refundable
