Perfect in the Park is a grand 1st floor drawing room conversion in the highly prestigious and exclusive Park area of Glasgow. The space Guests have exclusive use of the entire property which has a large feature lounge and dining area with spiral staircase leading to mezzanine TV chill out area . The lounge bay windows look directly over leafy Kelvingrove park . Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar hallway and two bedroom situated at the quiet rear of the property . Master bedroom has a Superking with ensuite and 2nd Bedroom with family bathroom off and two singes or superking (on request ) . On the mezzanine level we also have a luxury high quality pull out sofa bed . The property was fully refurbished in 2022 and is finished to the highest standards with luxury furnishings and fitting throughout along with some tasteful art . Guest access Guests have use of the entire apartment and access thru the entrance hallway . Other things to note Guests please note that UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES whatsoever is the apartment to be used to host any events ,parties or gathering of any kind and is solely for the use of the booked guests .Max 4 .In the event we receive word from neighbours that more than 4 persons have entered or an event is underway we will intervene, immediately cancel your booking ,eject you and offer NO refund . This also applies if there are reports of excessive noice , disturbance or any antisocial behaviour is reported and again we will eject you regardless of the time . Accordingly if your intention is to party or host an event be assured it will all end badly so please DO NOT attempt this please just book somewhere else ! Lastly will guests returning at night please be quiet in the hallway and on entering the apartment to respect our downstairs neighbours please remove shoes . All we ask is that during your stay is that you treat the apartment with respect and behave responsibly towards our property and our neighbours. Have a great stay !
