Modern 3 bedroomed Family Home situated on Beach Road at the foot of Chapman’s Peak Mountain within walking distance to Noordhoek Beach, Restaurants and Shops. The space On arrival you will be welcomed into an impressive double volume atrium which extends into a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen - the hub of this stylish yet comfortable family home. Leading off the atrium is the undercover outdoor lounge with fire place for summer barbecues spilling out into the beautiful garden with incredible views of Chapman’s Peak. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a large TV Family Room. The Main Bedroom has an King Bed and the 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms each have a double bed. Guest access The Main House is for exclusive use Excluded in our home is the garage and 50 sqm flatlet about garage which we let out on Air BB to max 2 persons. It has its own private entrance and parking area but you would share the driveway and pedestrian gate for access. Other things to note We offer a cleaning service on request
