This beautifully appointed apartment has spectacular north-facing views over the ocean making it the perfect holiday destination ideal for a family getaway. The Complex is located in an exclusive area of Cartagena. It offers direct access to the beach & common facilities: pools, jacuzzi, sauna & gym. Fully equipped kitchen but if cooking is not a priority during your stay the apartment is only minutes away from restaurants & cafes. No wardrobes in the bedrooms, small cloths racks available. Guest access Access to 3 pools, kids pool, kids playground, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. Direct access to the beach from the Complex. Other things to note Dear Guests, Our priority is to offer a place of harmony for our guests and the community of the Complex. This being our purpose, we would like to provide you with the protocols and House Rules which are to be followed by all guests. The Complex is a peaceful place for families. Under any circumstances, the apartment is to be used for other purposes that can be against the good values of the Complex community. If a guest breaks any of the House Rules, then the stay will be immediately terminated (full group). No refunds for payments made by guests. PRIOR ARRIVAL The guest must send to the Host an electronic copy of the official ID. CHECK-IN Each guest must present at the Lobby/Reception of the Building ‘Complex’ official identification document ‘ID’ in original: country of resident passport (non-Colombian citizens) or Colombian ID (Colombian citizens). Copies or images on mobile devices will not be accepted for guest registration. The Complex staff at the Lobby will provide a wristband to each registered guest which is to be worn during the duration of the stay (no exceptions). The wristband cost is a courtesy to our guests paid by the property owners. In case of loss or damage, the guest will need to pay for a replacement wristband, which cost $20.000 COL per person. The Complex staff/representatives at the Reception and at the common areas will regularly inspect the use of the wristband. Register guest cannot be changed therefore no ‘swap’ of guests are allowed. VISITORS Guests with a stay less than 90 days are not allowed to enter visitors to the Complex and/or common areas. BALCONY & PETS Special events, parties or smoking inside the apartment or in the balcony area is not allowed. Special care is recommended with disposable utensils (glasses, napkins, etc.) so that they do not fly from the balcony to other apartments. No pets allowed. COMMON AREAS OPENING HOURS • Swimming Pool: 9AM - 8PM • Jacuzzis: 9AM - 7PM • Sauna: 9AM - 7PM • Gym: 10AM - 7PM Please be advised that entering wet areas requires the use of towels, fast-drying shoes, and carrying a bag for waste (handkerchiefs, tissues etc.). Glass bottles are not allowed in wet areas. BEACH ACCESS & SHOWERS Guests including children are required to use the showers available near the entrance which provide direct access to/from the beach. This will avoid the guests from entering sand into the common areas, buildings, or apartments. The diameter of the drainage pipework in Colombia is smaller compared with other countries. APARTMENT INVENTORY, FURNITURE & HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE. Guests will receive a detailed inventory noting house contents: photos & qty. Bedroom furniture is not to be moved from its designated room. Living room rearrangements are subject to the Owner’s approval. Guest will be charged US$500 if the furniture is relocated without the Owner’s authorization. Housekeeping complementary service: 1 day per week (4 hours) is included for stays under 10days. Guests with long stays +10 days are required to pay for 1 additional day. Housekeeping services only by the Owner’s authorized personnel.
