The space The private suite has its own private entrance. The only shared space is the pool area which we avoid during guest stays. Occasional light noise can sometimes be heard from the main house. We do not enter the private suite or mancave during a guest's stay. Our sparkling clean and very comfortable private suite sleeps up to 4* and is perfect for business travelers too! * We will allow a 5th guest for an added fee of $25 per night. 5 adults can be a tight fit but it can be done. However, an additional child should be no problem. All suite areas are thoroughly sanitized between guests, including all surfaces and bedding. We offer warm decor, inviting colors, comfortable amenities & peaceful surroundings. Our private suite has a comfy Cal King Bed, a private bathroom, and office space. The Bunk Room has a Full Bed on the bottom and a Twin Bed on top. A mini-fridge, microwave, and Nespresso machine are located in the Bunk Room. We provide water, snacks, tea & coffee for you to enjoy during your stay. The large refrigerator in the mancave is also available for guests to use. We also supply towels, washcloths, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and a hairdryer. Guest access Free parking is available on the street. On trash night (Tuesday) and trash day (Wednesday) it can be a little difficult to find parking right in front of the house. Otherwise, you should have no problem. You'll access your private suite through the wood gate located between the two garages. During your stay I am usually here, but you can reach me by text or email if you need anything. Other things to note Pool Area: The pool is not heated. There may be occasions when the pool is not available due to cleaning, maintenance, and other unforeseen issues. If this amenity is a priority for your stay, please contact us prior to booking, or within your reservation cancellation period, and we will provide you with current availability information. We cannot guarantee the pool will always be available for use. Heating & Air Conditioning: The heating and air conditioning are controlled from the main house. The thermostat is set to the recommended temperatures set by state and federal guidelines. We ask guests to let us know if they need us to adjust anything to improve their comfort. We do provide extra blankets and a space heater. PLEASE NOTE: ~ As per Airbnb policies, parties are not permitted. ~ Only registered guests are allowed in the suite or on the property. ~ We do NOT have a washer and dryer available for guest use. ~ We cannot dispense any medication including aspirin.
