Our spacious, pet-friendly home is perfect for a peaceful escape. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen, and two living spaces, it's a wonderful choice for families, couples and friend groups. Unwind on our deck by the fire pit and enjoy the many fun activities in our downstairs game room! The space Fully renovated, our home offers the perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and restorative charm with amenities including: - A deck, fire pit, large back yard - A game room with: pool table, NBA JAM Arcade, foosball table, dart board, putting green mat and lots of board games for a fun night in. - Two large living rooms comfortable for bigger groups and families - Three smart TV's in the living rooms and king bedroom - Fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, stove, farmhouse sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. - An eat-in kitchen island and a full dining room. - A lower level master suite with a king-side bed and ensuite bathroom with double sinks. - Two full bathrooms to comfortably accommodate larger groups. - A large washer and dryer available for guest use. 8 minute drive to downtown Saugerties 15 minutes to Woodstock 25 minute drive to Hunter Mountain 8 minute drive to HITS The area offers endless outdoor activities, restaurants and shopping, all included in our personal guide book! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and property. There is plenty of room for parking on our private driveway. Check in: after 3pm Check out: 11am Self check in using a lockbox. Please note that you must let us know if you are bringing a pet as an additional $50 fee applies. Keep your pets leashed outdoors as our yard is not gated. Be cautious of ticks in the warmer months.
