Rooftop lounge is available for every guest. We are committed to cleanliness & hygiene, we take high levels to sanitize the apartment. Room 1 details: Room 1 is on the ground floor. Huge balcony with so many plants and nature around. It features a fully equipped kitchen, design bathroom with shower. It has a queen and a matrimonial bed, a spacious living area and a garden view with a hammock. Apartment is for 4 people maximum. The apartment features AC, linens and ceiling fans. Our place is working only as an Airbnb. We provide hygienic products for your arrival but after every guest has to buy their own needs such as body wash, toilet paper, trash bags etc. Pool Hours: 8am-8pm !!! Daily cleaning service is available upon request at an extra charge. During the day from 9am-2pm our staff is there for you if any needs. Laundry service upon request at an extra charge. Supermarket is 10 minutes away from the property by car. Small shops and local restaurants on the corner. Avenida Satelite center is 15 minutes walking. On-Site: Common areas and swimming pools Free parking Other things to note - We are located 10 minutes from the center . The beach is 20 minutes by car or 40 by bike. Restaurants are 5 minutes by car in the center of the town. -Renting a car is recommended but we have several taxi services and bikes to recommend. - We have a great Wifi but at times can be spotty due to wind and /or technical issues with the main tower, which we can not control. the majority of the time it works perfectly fine - The magical city of Tulum is very popular and in constant development due to its current demand. Our neighborhood is local people who live a rustic lifestyle in palapitas , small houses. They are friendly and kind people just living in a very simple way.
