The space Stay in this gorgeous, newbuilt apartment building just a few mins drive from downtown in a quiet neighborhood of Queen Mary Park and enjoy a very spacious, professionally-designed apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, and heated underground parking. Whether you just want to relax on your plush queen or king bed, read a book by the large windows, take a nap on the couch, get some work done at the kitchen table/island, or simply just relax and enjoy the downtown view, this guest suite has everything you need to enjoy your visit. This guest suite comfortably sleeps 4 with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom - all beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. We are happy to welcome families with small children, a high chair and pack_n_play/play pen is available and free to use. What our guests love about our listing: - Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant and all linens and towels are properly washed. - heated underground parking - Only a 5 min drive to the downtown - Located close to the MacEwan University of Edmonton - Beautifully decorated space with stunning furnishings and bright ambiance. - Easy self-check-in via secure door keypad. - Fast and reliable WIFI - very spacious with 9ft ceiling-high What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: - our home does not have an A/C so it may get a bit warmer on our Summer days however this is a brand new building and we have an air recuperation system that helps with the air circulation ( we are looking to install A/C -summer 2023) -The surrounding areas is being developed, however it's currently a mix of old and new buildings. - It's a multi-unit condo building so noise can travel through the walls as well as the heating/circulation system. - The underground garage door makes noise opening and closing. - Entering and leaving the underground garage is a little tight. Guest access We'll provide you with a key and a remote garage opener so you can easily access our heated underground parking without having to worry about getting in and out of your vehicle in cold and snowy Edmonton weather. In case your vehicle is too big to park in our underground parking, there is FREE visitor parking located at the back of the building. Other things to note There is keyless entry to the apartment with a code that will be provided to you after you book with us. We have exterior and interior cameras on both the front and back of the building, hallways, and lobby for our guest's safety and security. HOUSE RULES: ✭Check-in time after 4 PM ✭Check-out time 11 AM sharp Quiet time hours between 10 PM - 8 AM. This is a family-friendly building, please be respectful. Please note : - pets are not allowed - parties are not allowed - no smoking of any kind is permitted in the building (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - any evidence of smoking indoors (odor, ash, cigarette butts) may result in a $250 fee being applied and possible refusal of future bookings. You may smoke outside but please be mindful of your neighbors and ensure your cigarette butts are safely disposed of. *Please note that in case you’re staying in longer ( month or so) our cleaning team will perform cleaning once or twice during your stay. Key from the main entrance and garage door opener will be ready for you upon your arrival on the kitchen island beside the house manual , please don't forget to return both before checking out , NOTE: loss of the key fob or garage door opener may result in a $250 fine being applied. Thank you for understanding. We are pleased to provide in-suite laundry to all of our guests , the washer and dryer are both located in the washroom, you will also find laundry detergent which is free to use. EARLY CHECK-IN: Before you arrive, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out and that our cleaning and maintenance team have time to prepare the home for you. Due to this, we cannot always accommodate early check-in requests. **PLEASE NOTE** - WE DO REQUIRE A $500 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT TO BE PAID. The refundable security deposit will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
