The bedroom has an ottoman bed for easy storage of travel cases etc. Full kitchen including washing machine, full cooker and microwave. Coffee making machine. Ample lighting including dimmer switches and table lamps. Smart TV . USB ports in both main rooms. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Large south west facing garden access with own private patio area with outdoor dining area. Guest access Good walks to Acle, about twenty minutes across a public footpath with uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside. From there buses are every fifteen minutes to the coast and the beautiful city of Norwich. More locally, you will find the community owned Upton White Horse pub and Village shop. These are less than five minutes walk from Merchants Nook. Other things to note Hilary, the host will make every effort to be present on your arrival but fear not! There is a key lock next to Hilary's back door which gives full access to the property. Full central heating and hot water is available at all times and green electricity usage is included in the price of the property. Please note there is a weekly surcharge of £20.00 if you are bringing a dog, or £5 extra per night for stays of less than three days
