Bike and hiking trails right by the house The space Our newly built vacation home is in Lenggries, about 10 km away from Bad Tölz. Our house is located on a hill, quiet, sunny and yet very central. There are plenty of parking spaces Our brand new Alpenchalet vacation rental has a living area of approx. 100 sqm spread over two levels. There is also a large kitchen-living room, which is very high quality equipped with microwave, electric stove, fridge with freezer, coffee and Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle. There is a modern shower room with glass cabin. An extra toilet Throughout the house, underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. We have a farm with dairy cows and calves. There is also a bread roll service. Guest access There is a large terrace with a grill for all guests. For the children, there are two kettcars. In winter you can rent a sled.
