Conveniently located 2-room apartment in Basel. With a tram stop (14) at your doorstep and and train station (S1/S3) just 5 min walk away (300m) you can easily explore Basel and the surroundings (direct connections to Messe, central station, St Jakob Stadium, Aquabasilea, Augusta Raurica, etc). Located in a central complex offering supermarket, beauty salon and doctors offices in the building and more services like restaurants, bank/ATM, post, parks, etc. across the street. The space The apartment (50m2) has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sleeping couch and accommodates 2-4 guests. Upon request we can provide an additional mattress for a fifth person. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances available to use and a bathroom with bathtub. There is also a nice balcony. The whole apartment is very bright with big windows. If you come by car you can use the visitors parking spaces for up to 4 days. If your stay is longer or you wish an underground parking space, there is one available for 10 CHF per day. Additional services: Earlier check or late check out subject to availability and upon request for an additional fee. There is a laundry room equipped with washing machine and tumbler available upon request for 5 CHF per use. Bike available for rent upon request. Guest access You will have access to the complete apartment to yourself. Check in time is usually from 5pm. Check out time is 11am. Late check out and early check in is available upon request subject to booking schedules for an additional fee. It is located in the first floor which can be accessed via stairs or a lift that brings you to the apartment door. You will get one key. A second key can be requested for an additional fee. Please take care of and return the key; in case of damage or loss a fee of 300 CHF will have to be paid for replacement. Guests are required to show an ID to stay in this apartment.
