Perfect for 2 people, inside an apartment with a total of 4 rooms. The location is very central, practically adjacent to Piazza Plebiscito and very close to Gambrinus. From the house you can easily reach all the means of transport, including the Central funicular a few meters away, metro 1 at 200 m, the boarding for the islands at the marina at 300 meters. An ideal place to have a strategic base to visit Naples with extreme comfort. Private fridge and TV in the room. The space The house is very large and very well located in the center of Naples, Spartan accommodation but the room is with all the comforts, fridge in the room, TV stereo system and workstation with additional monitor, piano and various instruments in the rooms. A bathroom and a shared kitchen, a very sociable environment. You will enter a typical Neapolitan apartment, where you need people on hand, a house that is over 500 years old, not suitable for the squeamish. To ensure safety, we have a webcam in the entrance. Guest access We don't have many common spaces except the kitchen and bathroom. We usually allow guests to cook small meals and breakfasts if they wish, but we are very careful about cleaning, which I personally do, so it is an option to request, regarding the bathroom, and sharing, so you have to leave it clean as it is found, and you have to have a little patience, bathroom shared with other rooms and guests. During your stay I am more fully available to guests, if you wish you can also add musical instruments to the environment outside of those already present. Other things to note Check-in is at the time indicated in the listing, however, there is usually no problem changing the times, but only and exclusively if you notify in advance.
