Historical New York style apartment near downtown

Modern upgrades to this historic building. Feel safe and secure as you use your personal code to unlock your own entry into a New York inspired suite. This fully furnished apartment style suite comes with washer/dryer and dishwasher., keurig and coffee pods. Two bedrooms (one with attached bathroom) sleep 4 comfortably. Enjoy your coffee on your private patio or just sit back and enjoy the complementary wifi/cable. The space The suite is above and beside another residential area so please be mindful of noise and respect the property as though you lived there. The building is a part of Medicine Hats historic district and was built in the early 1900’s. Some of the flooring is still original which is why we fell in love with the space. Unfortunately with old flooring comes some squeaking from the living room and stairs. Other things to note Although this place is a cool place to check out it is not designed to host parties. In order to respect our community and homes we ask that any guests not staying at the property leave by 10pm. Quiet time is between the hours of 11pm-7am. There are plenty of spaces located close by that will be more than welcome to host your party! No more than 8 people should be upstairs at any given time (including those staying in the suite). Unexpected guests will be charged an additional $50 per guest per night. Please note this is a non smoking suite. Please do not smoke on the deck out back, any smoking must be done on the street out front, away from any entrances including neighbours’ entryways.
