Have fun on an all sports lake, play yard games, or close enough to enjoy day excursions and sit around the fire-pit in the evening. Also available are 2- 30 amp RV hook-ups for campers, no dump station. The space Two acres of lakefront living that gives you enough area to walk around, set up a competitive game of crochet, volleyball, Frisbee, fish off the docks/seawall, swim or just dangle your feet in the water. Kayaks, adult and youth, are available. House and dock are handicap accessible. Ramp up to large viewing deck. Main bath has walk/roll in tile shower, convenient walk/roll up to sink, and grip handles for toilet and shower. Kitchen, dinning and living room an open concept area to accommodate ease of movement. Guest access During your stay you will have the privacy of the first floor interior of our single story home, the deck, large yard with fire pit. Basement and garage are not accessible with part-time basement occupancy. Other things to note Please no smoking/vaping/e-cigs of any sort. No candles, incense, scented oils etc. No parties without approval. Clean up after yourself. No loud music or noise after 10pm Please be respectful to all neighbors. No mail or package deliveries (without prior approval) Stays of longer than 7 nights are subject to safety inspection (smoke alarms, etc.) Guests must have their own vehicle insurance, vehicle coverage is not provided. If damage occurs or repairs are needed to the inside of property guest agrees to permit Owner or Owner's agents to enter the rented premises at any reasonable time between 9am and 8pm. Damage from misuse or abuse will be charged back to guests along with missing furnishings.
