Lovely villa with that little extra!

Get a seat a whole bunch without crowding! Enjoy large surfaces both outside and inside, several dining areas, several seating areas, playroom, heated pool and a green garden. The property has 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed Bedroom 2: 1 120cm bed Bedroom 3: 1 120cm bed Bedroom 4: 2 90 beds (bunk bed) + 1 large sofa bed in the playroom 1 travel bed child Here you sleep comfortably 6-8 people or more if you share a bed. The property is on a quiet street and a little transparency of neighbors. It's all you need! The space A nice, simple and modern house with large surfaces and space for socializing. The house is divided into 4 “half planes”. On the “first floor” you have entrance, toilet, big kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is luminous, modern and fully equipped. You look out in the front and in the driveway. Here is a kitchen island with two seats and nice surfaces. Next to the kitchen you have a large dining room, with roof in nock and large windows. Here is a large dining table with room for 6-8 people. In the same room there is a seating area with a sofa and armchair. You look out back from here. It's also from here you reach the outdoor space. The outside space is large and bright. Here is a dining area for 6-8 people and a seating area. Here is also a TV. From here you walk straight out to the lovely back with pool! The pool is heated between May-September and offers lots of swimming! The outdoor room is great to sit in, especially in the evenings. It can get very hot in the summer, but there is air conditioning (which we actually mainly use for heating the patio cool evenings). The garden is in later spring and during the summer very green; a lot of shrubs, different flowers for different seasons and softly nice grass (We strive to always have a nice, tidy, welcoming patio but unfortunately can't raw for what weather it is before or during the time you guests are here and how it has affected the surroundings or the feeling) If you go down a few stairs from the hall, you will reach the TV room. There are cozy sofas, a TV and a fireplace. From here you also reach a bedroom with a double bed (and with office) and also the large playroom. There are toys; rings, ribs and toy kitchens. In the playroom there is a sofa bed for 2 adults or for as many children as you think will fit. Here is also a TV. From the playroom you reach a fresh laundry room and also a hot tub + sauna. If you walk a staircase up from the hallway, you reach three bedrooms and a big bathroom. Bathroom is fully tiled, has a shower, toilet and double basins. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable 120 cm beds. The third is a children's room with two single beds, in the form of a bunk bed. There is a desk and exit to the balcony. It is very nice and popular with the children (perfect for children from 5 years and up but also adults sleep well here). Guest access The house is located in a quiet area on a quiet street. You can take the bus here from Falkenberg/Halmstad (the stop is a few minutes walking distance away) but most people take the car here. There is a big driveway with room for two cars. Right next to the driveway there is also space for 2-3 more cars. Other things to note Check-in - and check-out can be done anytime during the day but by agreement. There is no key to the house, but you get your own code to open (and also alarm!) with. A cat lives with us. He mostly stays outside, especially when new people come he doesn't want to be inside but he wants food. We wish help to give him food (outside on the side of the house) once a day. If you don't feel comfortable with this, you don't have to do it, then the “caretaker” will do it elsewhere. Please ask for more information about this!
