Lovely villa with that little extra!

Get a whole bunch of space without being crowded! Enjoy large areas both outside and inside, several dining areas, several seating areas, a playroom, heated pool and a green garden. The accommodation has 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed Bedroom 2: 1 120 cm bed Bedroom 3: 1 120 cm bed Bedroom 4: 2 90 cm beds (bunk bed) + 1 large sofa bed in the playroom 1 travel bed for children Here you can comfortably sleep 6-8 people or more if you share a bed. The property is located on a quiet street and a little view of neighbors. It's all here! The space A nice, simple and modern house with large areas and space for socializing. The house is divided into 4 "half-floors". On the "first floor" you have an entrance, toilet, large kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is bright, modern and fully equipped. You look out at the front and at the driveway. There is a kitchen island with two seats and nice surfaces. Next to the kitchen, you have a large dining room, with a ridge roof and large windows. There is a large dining table with room for 6-8 people. In the same room there is a seating area with a sofa and an armchair. You can see the back from here. This is also where you reach the conservatory. The living room is big and bright. There is a dining area for 6-8 people and a seating area. There is also a TV. From here, you go straight out to the lovely back with pool! The pool is heated between May-September and offers lots of swimming! The living room is great to sit in, especially in the evenings. It can get very hot in the summer, but there is air conditioning (which we actually mainly use to heat up the living room on cool evenings). The garden is very green in late spring and summer; lots of bushes, different flowers for different seasons and soft, beautiful grass (We strive to always have a nice, clean, welcoming patio but unfortunately cannot control the weather before or during the time you are here and how it has affected the surroundings or the feeling) If you go down a few stairs from the hall, you will come to the TV room. There are cozy sofas, a TV and a fireplace. From here you also reach a bedroom with double bed (and with office) and also the large playroom. There are toys here; rings, rib chairs and toy kitchens. In the playroom there is a sofa bed for 2 adults or for as many children as you think will fit. There is also a TV. From the playroom, you can reach a fresh laundry room and also a hot tub + sauna. If you go up one flight of stairs from the hall, you will reach three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The bathroom is fully tiled, has a shower, toilet and double sinks. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable 120 cm beds. The third is a children's room with two single beds, in the form of a bunk bed. There is a desk and exit to the balcony. It is very nice and popular with children (perfect for children from 5 years and up, but adults also sleep well here). Guest access The house is in a quiet area on a quiet street. You can take the bus here from Falkenberg/Halmstad (the bus stop is a few minutes' walk away) but most people take the car here. There is a large driveway with room for two cars. Right next to the driveway, there is also room for 2-3 more cars. Other things to note Check-in and check-out can be done at any time during the day but by appointment. There is no key to the house, but you get your own code to open (and also alarm!) with. There's a cat living with us. He mostly stays outdoors, especially when new people come, he doesn't want to be indoors but he wants food. We would like help to give him food (outside on the side of the house) once a day. If you don't feel comfortable with this, you don't have to do it, then the "caretaker" does it elsewhere. Please ask more about this!
