Single room for rent in a beautiful neighborhood!

This is a nice single room with access to a full private bathroom. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to Fort Collins and I 25. Shared access to the kitchen, laundry if needed, WIFI, off street parking, and an in room television. This is a great space for a business traveler, travelling couples, or anyone passing through. The space The room is when you first enter the house on the main floor, and the bathroom is right next to it. The kitchen is also on the main floor. If you need the laundry, it is upstairs. During your stay During the day I work, in the evenings I am home living life. I'm not loud or wild, just tend to read or work on my hobbies so you wont be bothered by noise. I will be around if needed, and you can say hello and pet the dogs if you want. Other things to note I have 3 dogs, 2 labs and a Great Dane. They don't bite, but they bark until they are used to people. They are still getting used to new people in and out all the time.
