Calm City Oasis can be enjoyed by families or friends getting together to enjoy swimming , hanging out by the pool, heading out to a concert in the city, going to a game or anything your heart desires!. Other things to note During the winter months, guests can request to have the pool heated. Please send your request when you have reserved the home, so the pool can be heated upon arrival. Each day a guest requests to have the pool heated, there will be a $50.00 fee. We will send a request for the fees through the Airbnb platform for the days a person requests.
