The house is located in a condominium 2 km from the beach and has a beautiful view of the Atlantic forest and the sea. There are 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are normal suites and one double: two bedrooms with one bathroom. There are five queen size beds and two single beds, which can accommodate *12 guests*. The kitchen is equipped and spacious. Garages for 10 cars with automatic gate and fiber optic Internet. To relax: It has a gourmet balcony, a large terrace and a swimming pool. Other things to note - As we are inside a condominium, the Law of Silence must be respected, it is in effect from 10 p.m., during the holiday season (Christmas and New Year) there is always more tolerance. - Capacity for 10 cars. - The guest will receive some controls for entering and leaving the house and condominium, and they will be returned at checkout, otherwise a fee of 100 reais per control will be charged. - The garbage should be taken down to the dumpster at the condominium gate to avoid unpleasant bugs and also to keep the environment clean. There is no garbage collection service in the condominium.
