This limit is set by resort and local fire regulations and is strictly enforced. For everyone’s safety, reservations arriving with more than 4 occupants cannot be accommodated and will be asked to depart if the limit is exceeded. Please be sure your reservation accurately reflects the number of guests in your group. -Housekeeping The unit is professionally cleaned prior to arrival. Daily housekeeping is not provided during your stay. Towel refreshes or mid-stay cleaning are not included unless arranged separately (if available). -Heating / HVAC The building uses a central HVAC and heating system. As with many resort buildings, the system may be audible at times, especially when cycling on/off. This is normal for the property and not a defect. -Room Assignment Your room will be in the same category and size as shown in the listing photos. As this is a timeshare resort, the exact unit is assigned at check-in by the front desk.
