This is a spacious, 2,200 sq foot home with two covered porches perfect for groups both big and small to hang out at. Enjoy sitting by our fire pits or make sure you pack and bathing suit to get into our 8 person hot tub. Enjoy watching a movie or a big game on our outdoor TV or the 3 other TV’s we have inside for you to use. If you are traveling with kids our place is perfect for you to enjoy the park located across the street! Must be 25 or older to book. You will have access to the entire house. The only areas that are off-limits is our babies’ bedrooms and our bedroom closets. We just ask that you take care of our place and treat it like your own home. *If you are in need of a high chair or pack and play for your child please reach out and request one from us so we can arrange that for you! Please make yourself at home however our baby’s bedroom and our bedroom closets are off-limits for our guests, we appreciate you respecting our privacy. Please note that the our hot tub is drained and kept empty during the summer months. However for a $40 charge we are happy to refill the hot tub and have it ready for you just please let us know beforehand. All other springs fall and winter months the hot tub will be available at no extra cost! I’m available via the AirBnB app or texting/calling if you have any questions or concerns! We are located just north of downtown Knox. It’s a great area with a lot of cool local spots to check out. Our favorite places there are: Kefi A Dopo Pizza Vida Southern Grit Kaizen Stock and Barrel Chivo Maple Hall If you need additional parking besides our driveway then you can street park on the corner of Edgewood Avenue and Dempster Street. Parking on Edgewood Avenue is not recommended. You may park anywhere on our driveway (in front of or behind the gate). You may leave the gate opened or closed based on your preference. To turn on the front and back patio string lights, plug in the green chord located outside by the outlet on the front porch. CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Please leave sheets on the beds and pillows. 2. Clear kitchen sink and counters of dirty dishes and load dishwasher but don’t actually run the dishwasher. 3. Empty trash cans into the outside garbage can. Recyclable items go in the light brown recycle container. 4. Put dirty towels in laundry hamper. 5. Make sure house is left tidy and arranged how you found it. 6. Lock the back and front door and then leave the key in lock box or where you found it. **please note if there are any signs of damage to the home or any signs of an unruly party occurring in our home, you will be charged an amount of $100 to cover any damages.
