Quiet street, close to CBD

Beautifully decorated and renovated 1890's character home. Bedroom has blackout curtains and double glazing, on a quiet street. Small outdoor deck with garden. This is a more casual bnb, we will have some personal items in the house and we are asking guests to water plants and the garden twice a week. The house is 8 minutes walk to the supermarket, 12 minutes walk to the train station, buses and shops. About 35 min walk or $10 uber to Courtney Place and Cuba Street main entertainment area. The space 1890's cottage in historic Thorndon. On a quiet street. 10 minutes walk to the botanic gardens and some lovely restaurants and shops in Thorndon Village. Guest access Access to the whole house, and outside garden. There is no car park. But I can assist you to get paid parking on the adjacent street. Other things to note This is our home, we may have some personal effects e.g. clothing in the wardrobe, food in the pantry. We are asking guests to water the garden and house plants twice a week if staying.
