Spacious two room 46m2 ground-floor apartment in the heart of Helsinki, only 200m from Kamppi metro station and Kamppi shopping center and 1.2km from the Central railway station. This beautiful historic early 1900s building has been recently renovated. This spacious two-room apartment is located right in the heart of Helsinki, in a recently renovated house built in 1911. The apartment is on the street level. Kamppi metro station and shopping center are about 200m away and Helsinki Central Station is only 1.2km away. The space The apartment has two rooms and both rooms have a kitchen. One of the kitchens is fully equipped with an induction stove and an oven. Feel free to use tea, coffee, and sugar that are included in the stay. In the "street side" room there are 3 sofa beds. One that sleeps two people and two small sofa beds that are good for one person. In the "courtyard side" room there is a sleeping loft with a 140 cm bed and one extra bed that opens up (160 cm) and can sleep two people. You can use the washing machine and there is also a small common sitting area in the courtyard (only in summer) that can be used. The apartment has two rooms, both with their own kitchenette, one of which is fully equipped (induction stove and oven). Coffee, tea and other basic food items can be found in the kitchens. The street-side room has two armchairs and one sofa bed. The courtyard-side room has a sleeping loft with a 140cm bed. The room also has a spare bed that can be made into a wide (160cm) double bed. The bathroom has a washing machine. In summer, there is a shared seating area in the yard that guests can use. Guest access Tram stop and a metro station are just around the corner so it is really easy to get around. Most points of interest are a short walking distance from the apartment. There is no free parking at the location. There is parking on the street and the fees range from EUR 2-4 per hour. In the city center, everything is within a short walking distance. The metro station, bus and tram stops are also around the corner. There is only paid street parking in the area. The area is a 1-zone and parking rates are 2-4€/h. Other things to note There might be some traffic noise in the street-side room. The other room on the courtyard side is really quiet.
