Mols, you will find our beautiful cottage in the heart of Helgenæs. The house is a well-maintained and functional wooden house. We have decorated the house as we like it, and just built it so that there is a beautiful living room overlooking the entire property. Here, the pulse comes down and the presence and creativity come up. The summer of 2022 offered no less than 45 different bird species, breeding as guests. It is 6 minutes to the local fish shop. 5 minutes to the grocery store in Kongsgårde. Mountainous nature everywhere. Ebeltoft 25 km. The space The property is 3500 m2 and largely closed to neighbors' view. It's on a small, closed road. Cars are therefore extremely rare. There are two smaller bedrooms with double beds, in addition, there is a lovely cottage 25 meters from the house, where there are two separate beds (with really good mattresses) We enjoy the morning coffee in the most beautiful morning sun on the stairs by the annex and there are always many beautiful places where you can find a sunny spot during the day. The house is located in a small valley, so there is actually always shelter and therefore always nice and warm. There are an incredible number of birds, small creatures and insects to study. There are often many deer that pass the grounds, just as we often have visits from both porcupines and foxes. Guest access There is access to all parts of the house when there are 8 people. If there are only four of you, the main house will cover your needs just fine. Of course, you can use the outdoor bath at the top of the property up at Bakkehuset. There will never be any guests other than you in the two annexes at the same time as you. Other things to note Electricity is read on arrival and settled on departure at 2 DKK per kWh.
