Adjacent to the historic Largo do Carmo, our bright studio is situated in a metro and tram-accessible location, charming atmosphere, and relaxing living space to rest your head. Our lovely apartment is in the heart of Lisbon’s trendy Chiado district. It is also a quick 5 min walk from the boisterous fun of the Bairro Alto district, but far enough so that you can enjoy a quiet night's rest! The space This bright and beautiful decorated studio is located on the 4th floor (no elevator available, sorry!) of a typical Portuguese building in the heart of one of Lisbon’s most iconic neighborhoods: Carmo, Chiado! Despite being a fourth floor, it has a fantastic view over the city and the river. The cozy balcony is a delight to feel the city and its inhabitants. KEY FEATURES: - A well-equipped kitchen that comes with all the appliances you may require during your stay such as; a microwave, a toaster oven, a fridge, a coffee machine, and a dining table that can host up to 4 people. - A bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a super comfortable set of bed linen. From the bedroom, you can catch a glimpse of the Tejo river via the Juliette balcony - the perfect spot to enjoy Lisbon´s sunny weather! - Central heating provided for those chilly winter nights and air-conditioning to help you cool down in the hot summer. Besides enjoying a totally equipped apartment, we guarantee you'll also find the biggest smile waiting to welcome you to your home away from home, and tell you everthing about the city, including some secrets of Lisbon, such as good restaurants and must-see places. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment and all its amenities, including all furnishings and utensils. if you visit us by car, there are some car parks in the area: Carmo parking and Largo Camoes parking. Other things to note * Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor and an elevator is not available in the building - this may be an issue for guests with mobility issues. However, to make up for the tiresome climb, a very comfortable flat with a lovely view will be waiting for you! cleanliness for us is something we take very seriously.
