Only room located on the second floor and is 100% pet-free. This is the only room in the house that is offered on Airbnb and is for adults only! My goal is to offer each guest a relaxing place to unwind whether on vacation or traveling for business. The in-room Coffee/Tea bar features a selection of coffees: breakfast blend, French roast, decaf & Holiday Blends (when available), hot chocolates and teas accompanied by a variety of sweeteners and creamers. Enjoy your hot beverage without having to leave the tranquility of your room. (Although there are two Starbucks within a few minutes from the house in either direction) Room is stocked with instant oatmeal with raisins to add for a quick breakfast. An assortment of snacks (healthy bars, fruit gummies, nuts, etc.) can be found as well. The apartment size refrigerator accommodates local shopping, leftovers and is stocked with bottled water for your convenience. A microwave is available for your cooking and reheating use. 48" flat screen smart TV is available for guest streaming. Relax and enjoy in your upstairs private studio guest room. All downstairs interior living spaces, back yard and kitchen are for residents use only. I work week days but am happily available by text 24-7 to assist you! The neighborhood is pretty quiet and peaceful just off Hwy 118 with Hwy 101 just 8 minutes away. The house is conveniently located right off the freeway but traffic and street noise are never a issue. Access to hiking trail down the street. Close to Regan Library and multiple Wedding Venues: Quail Ranch, Rancho De Las Palmas, The Walnut Grove, Eden Gardens, Hartley Botanica, Maravilla Gardens, Moorpark Country Club and Hummingbird Nest Ranch. (all just a 5-10 minute drive) Public Transportation: - Bus Stop is just a quick walk down the street for the Moorpark city bus as well as commuter buses to Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks. - Train Station: 3 minute drive to Amtrak - Moorpark Station. There are two resident dogs, one small resident dog "Silly" that will greet you as you come and go as well as “Elle” the green eyed mastiff mix. Silly is well trained, elderly and a sweetheart. Elle, is a puppy in training and will rarely be seen as she spends her days out back, inside behind gates found in the hallways or hanging out with my son. Silly loves to sneak out the front door with you, so if you don’t mind, please call her to come back inside, or pick her up, thank you!
